I am looking at buyin an lt1 or ls1 to stick into my 78 camaro....most likely going to use the t56 six speed. I know I will need to put in a different tranny crossmember and motor mounts to make the motor and tranny fit in. I also want to keep the fuel injection but was windering if anyone had/has a list of items they needed to change to get the engine tranny combo to work. Want to make sure I think of everything so I can budget appropriately. Oh I am probably going to be using an aftermarket front subframe.

I put a 1991 throttle body injected 350 with a 700R4 into my 1973 camaro. It fit in perfectly with the same motor mounts but im not sure about the crossmember yet.
