Default 79 Z Gasket Sets

Just wondering if anyone had any input on where to get a cheap but good set of gaskets for an engine rebuild for a 350?

NAPA wants $71 plus tax for a set but i have been finding some online that are around $50..are these any good?

Anyone got any links to good stuff thats cheap?

Here is what i have found:

Yes, Summit Racing. They have Felpro for $46, Sealed Power for $37, and Summit brand for $27. Usually Summit brand is all name brand stuff also, but for $10-$19 more I'd go Felpro or Sealed Power, as I haven't purchased the Summit kit, so don't know what's in there for sure.
But if you're going to rebuild an engine, then you don't want an engine gasket kit, you want a rebuild kit. Rebuild kits include rings and bearings, and sometimes pistons if you need to rebore.
I would suggest you get the engine torn down before you buy anything, as you don't want to be buying pieces and then find out you need more than what you have. Complete kits are cheaper than buying gasket sets, then pistons, rings, bearings, etc. all separate.
But here's the link to Summit gasket kits.:

Im thinking this set here. I understand what you are saying about tearing down the engine though.

That link doesn't work. Blank page. Mr Gasket is good stuff also, but haven't used any recently. I use more Felpro than anything.

Fel-Pro blue is all I use and would recommend. Rebuild gaskets is something you don't want to cheap out on.

I too use Felpro exclusively. To the point of knowing what PNs I need for specific things.
