Default 79 and 80 camaros, any differences?

hey guys, i have a 79 z28 which i have started taking apart already to restore, the floor pans all need to be replaced and as i got further i noticed that the frame rails are also rusted out, however i was talking to a good friend of my families and he knew someone who had an 80 z28 and would be willing to give it to me, the car has a solid frame and i would probably just swap out the engine and tranny from my 79 to this car, i was just wondering though if theres any difference as far as parts go for the two cars? would parts from the 79 be compatible with the 80? im thinking they are but i just wanted to make sure, thanks a lot guys

everything should be interchangeable, as far as I know about the only difference is the hood scoops and front finder vents are differant...but all the parts are pretty much the same.
