Default 76 Camaro With Power Windows

I have a 76 camaro with only 93,000 miles on it, my problem is the windows quit working and was wondering if it could be the dual switches on the console or would it be the motors. Has anybody had this problem and know the easiest way of dealing with it. I can get the switches for 33.00, my thought would be to replace that first since that's the cheapest way first. I would appreciate any help here.
Thanks Rhtball

Get a test light and figure out whats wrong? The motor need power and ground to work. I will also add one more comon issue. The wires passing between the door and the dash break because of the door opening and closing.
