Default '74 only ingnition saftey system

hey all it's been a while but the weathers been nice and i'm back to wrenching so a quick question.
i have that 1974 only safety system it's been disconnected since i own the car i've got most of the interior out and getting ready to blast. when i pulled the seats all the plugs were there but disconnected can i just cut these from the harness or will i screw something else up?

If you were here we would go through the wire harness and axe out what you did not need, but if it was already unplugged I would say sure. You don't want to just cut the wires in case they have power or something on them... I would at the very least tape the wires up so they don't get crossed or short out someplace.
