Got a 75 camaro. Cannot find new door panels easily and when I do they cost a whole crap load of dough. Do the panels interchange through the years and are just a different style. basically are the door handles and all the stuff in the same place and it is just a different style. Car is not original so originality is not an issue. Can I put 77 door panels on a 75. Those I can get.

Thanks for the info. Anybody else wanna chime in. No offense but i really need a concensus. Do not need the pockets and I am new to camaros so I do not know what years interchange for interior pieces.

most of the time if Im not mistaken 78-81 or 79-81 Camaros can all interchange almost anything. The 75-77 shouldn't have changed all that much. I mean of course there are minor changes but most of the stuff should remain the same. Just maybe with a "updated" look

You could also get aftermarket panels for early 2nd gens from someplace that sells PUI interior parts. The panels I got for my '71 were perforated on the back, but smooth on the front, so you punched out what you needed. If you left them as they came you could overlay the old panels and cut out holes where you needed them.
I didn't punch the armrest holes out, as I used earlier '65 Chevelle armrests, and just drilled where I needed the holes to be. They were only $100 a pair for new panels. I recovered the ugly top piece for my panels in black naugahyde to clean it up and make it look better.

Sorry guys had to go out of town for a bit. Thanks for the info. I have decided to go with the 78 panels because they are a bit simpler and I can get them in the color I want. Just about got it road worthy. Put my new dash pad in and it looks great. Just gotta fix the leaky tranny, gauge bezel, horn, turn signals, windshield washer pump and tank, and the gas tank and fuel gauge. Then I can drive it. Woohoo almost there.
