Default 383 stroker PLEASE HELP SOON!

Hey guys this is my first post. But I dropped a 383 into my 1970 camaro and now I am ordering a flywheel for it and I need to know whether the engine is internally or externally balanced. NEED TO KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Thanks alot for your help!

couldnt you just look at the front of the motor to see if there is a balancer there on the crank if not then you would guess its internal...im still learnin tho so your guess is as good as mine. lol

Depends on which crank was used. If a crank from a 400" engine was used then it is externally balanced. If it is a new crank, it could be either way. Talk to who put the engine together.
