i was wondering if i could put a rear body panel from a 1970-73 onto a 1976 camaro i just like the look of the older tail lights. do i even have to change the rear body panel?
would this panel work??

There's a bit more to do to make that rear panel work, but it would still be easier to swap it in than to change the 1/4 panels to fit it. One of our members had a project post going a few years back where he installed a new tail panel from an earlier 2nd gen, and then built filler panels to close the gap from the wrap around tailights.
If you're good with a welder and fab work you could make it work.
