yea its killin me i really do want to do it but id have to take it somewhere to get it done seeing as i dont have any of the tools or equipment nesecary for replacing all that metal and all got any ideas wehre?

If you do decide to proceed I would sure not take it somewhere to be done. As expensive as it would be to do yourself, it will cost 10 times that to have it done!
For what it would cost to buy all the parts and tools to do it yourself, you'd still save 3/4 of the cost of having someone else do it, and have the tools when you're done!
Ask around at speed shops, or look in the yellow pages for custom rod shops to visit and ask them what they will charge. I'm sure once you get their prices you'll either drop the idea, or decide to do it yourself!
Heck I took mine to a local rod shop to talk with them about welding in my sunroof opening, and they quoted me over $600 if I provided the donor section. I bought a welder, wire, huge air compressor, and a decent grinder for less than that and did it myself. Now I've got all the tools after it is done and didn't spend quite as much.
