Default 1970 Camaro - Original "Survivor" pics wanted

Greetings!

I'm new to the forum and am looking forward to discussions with you folks in the future.
Hopefully this week, I will be looking at a clean 1970 Camaro. The plan is to buy and return it
to its original glory. If anyone has pictures - current or years past of their 70 Camaro, any and all, that would be great.
Over the years, I've had my share of "Project cars". I have no allegiance to any particular OEM, just love to tinker and bring
back to life, drive and enjoy for a few years and sell to someone else to enjoy.

Most recent cars (In the last 10 years): 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, 1965 Pontiac LeMans, 1972 Covette coupe -
all unmolested original cars. Back in the day - in my teens during the mid to late 70s, I bought and sold 1960s and 1970s VWs -
all bought on average for $100.00 each. I had (2) Mustangs - a 1969 and 1971 Mach I - bought for $500.00 each. In the early 1980s -
my first ground up restoration - a 1974 Porsche 914 2.0. I sold that one to buy my wife's engagement ring. For my last fling - the spring
before I got married - a 1968 Camaro convertible.

It was bare bone stock. Re-painted in Hugger orange, with RS stripe on nose, black interior and top, 2-speed powerglide
automatic with a 327/225HP V8. It had air shocks - Craggar S/S chrome wheels. She was a beaut! Ahh, the good ole' days.

It sure is amazing just how much these old cars have gone up in price/value over the past 30 years.
Man, I'm beginning to feel old just talking about it. Where has the time gone! One thing is for sure, regardless of our age,
its the one thing we can all enjoy that retains our youth. I love this quote another member posted from a great song and it
speaks volumes: "Its better to burn out than fade away".

Have a great day!

Welcome rudy. There are like 3 threads with pictures in the sights-n-sounds section of this forum, you might be able to find some good pic's there.
