1970 Camaro
Hey guys. I'm really new to Chevy's and need some help. I have a 1970 Camaro and I want to fix it up. I'm not really sure where to look for parts for it, so if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great! Right now I have the base V8 engine. What are some of the best ways to get some more power out of it? By the way, I'm somewhat intelligent with cars, but I just don't know that much about the old American muscle.

well i have the same 307 you do, it is crap. i got mine goin but it took way more work than it was worth, so ditch it an drop in a 350 or 383 stroker. as for body, send it to a shop and have them look it over. get an estimate, and do what the estimate says instead of paying them to. as for parts suppliers, year one and classic industries are best

RE: 1970 Camaro
National Part Depot rocks, I've found alot of stuff for my camaro that i couldn't find on Yearone or Classic..
Im with rice on the engine though, pull it out and get a crate 383 stroker. Edelbrock makes a turn key supercharged one as well, sexy little engine.
