Default 1969.5 registered as a 1970

OK guy I have an oppourtunity to buy a 1969.5 camaro that is titled as a 1970. The guy that has it says that when GM went on strike in and came back in 69 they pumped out this camaro. Is it a unique car? The numbers dont match though so I dont know how "unique" it is now. Thanks

It is not anything unique but what I can tell you is that it should be titled as a 69. The closest thing I know to that is that a few dealerships did try to install a 1970 date code on the origanial trim tags and were caught and chevy sued them and won. But if it is just on the title just get it changed if you want because it should be titled as a 69'.
