What would be a fair price for a "fair" to "good" condition 68.. im just looking for a general not even model specific..

It depends on what part of the country You're in. I've seen complete cars sell for $3000 to $5000 in fair shape in Texas and I saw a Guy who was happy to find a pretty gutted one in California for $6500 without an engine and trans.
