For a stock Camaro, I agree, the GM Rally wheel would be my pick.
But on my car, I like the classic, Weld Draglite, 15x3.5 in front and 15x14 outback.
If I had to do it again, I like these Billet Specialties Wheels

I agree with Bruce. I use the stock 14" Rally's on my 68 BUT, I use the 67 center caps. The 68-up Derby Caps seem out of place on the 14" wheel. 15's, they look great.
Now on a Camaro like Bruce has, you cannot beat his set up. Centerlines, or comparable is the way to go. His car looks like a 9 second car just sitting there.

I have an old set of Americans with the dark gray spokes that have been on my last 3 classic's -I like the look--They might be from the mid 70's even i have had them since the early 80's tho!! -

Rallys, TTIIs and Draglites were cool in the 70's but they are so over done these days it is not funny! I like the Forgeline WC3's in 18x10 front and 18x12 rear. The new crop of billet wheels on the market in general are something new and fresh not same old, same old.
