Default Bugs/Spiders Under Cover

I have a soft cover from California Covers that I started having some kind of very small bug or spiders show up underneath it. They are so small they are hard to see, and leave spots all over the paint that I have to wipe off. My worry is that they will cause long-term damage to the paint.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Any ideas on what to do to get rid of them?

It is a Plushweave Soft Cotton Flannel Lined Indoor Custom Car Cover. The car is stored in a garage.

In that case you need to sort out why there are bugs in the garage. I am not surprised the bugs seek out the flannel. Once the winter hits you should be good. I do bug bombs and I have a blue light with a stick tap around it. for the summer. They sell them for bugs indoors. Kill the bugs the spiders will not come.
