I need to do something with the front fenders because of rust. I can restore the original fenders but will pay the price of the body work. My question: Is it better for me to restore the original fenders or purchase reproductions from a reliable source? I've heard that because a lot of people are getting into restorations the reproductions have been getting better and better. If they are, who would you recommend I purchase front fenders from? I've already purchased the inner liners. Thank you for any advise you can give. Jim

 

if you decide to go with repops then i would buy goodmark fenders. almost every camaro parts house sells them so they are a good part. i will say that the new metal is thinner and will take work to make fit. i had to replace one on my 68 and it took alot of work to get it to fit right and get the gaps right
