Correct mounts for 67 Camaro w/454 MKIV. Sorry to beat this one to death.... Is the GM # 3912598 RH & # 39125797 LH the correct frame mounts ? I have found out the driver side sits higher to push the motor 1/2" or so away from the power steering gear box towards the passenger side. It seems as Ground up # ATE-5978, Camaro central #ENC-13, Classic muscle #39125978 do have the correct set, Summit ? Jeggs ? Has anyone used one of these ? or suggestions ? I just quickly measured the frame stands in the car, and I have 16 1/8" centre hole to centre hole on frame stands. Drivers frame mount is 2 1/2" centre hole to btm, 3" total height, 2 1/2" width. Pass is 2" centre hole to base, 2 1/2 "total height, 2 1/2" width. My old motor mounts are 2 1/2+" ID, centre bolt hole to base 1 3/4". I really thought this motor mount setup was wrong as everything was sooooo tight with my last 454 setup. But .... seems right?



Has anyone used energy suspension polyurethane motor mounts ? or suggest another ? with these stands. If so what # ? I will be picking up a set of # 2457-4 hookers up. Just want this to work the first time.
