I have a '68 Camaro. I am doing a complete body-off. I have the original M21 transmission. I have purchased a Borg Warner T10 4 speed(?) I will have to verify exactly what it is. I purchased it approx. 6 years ago. Can someone make it clear as to the strenth of this tranmission and what I can expect? I am running approx. 400HP or so out of the 302 z-28 motor to a 12 bolt 4:11.

I was hoping that this trans was a little stronger and would not be so apt to flex under the high rpm(8,500 or so) that the engine runs. It does have an iron case rather than the aluminum of the muncie.
