Default Muncie 4 Speed Tranny Fluid?

My camaro has a Muncie 4 speed and was curious if I should use 90 weight gear lube or an ATF like you would in a modern manual transmission? Old man at O'Reilly's told me to get the gear lube so I did, but want to check with you guys on this also.

I run a straight 90 weight in my T-10.

It specifies 80w90. ATF dose not work in the old gear boxes.
