On my 67 Camaro built in LOS, on cowl tag it has M41 as trans. My search showed only M11, M20, M21, M35, M40 as choices. Anyone know which it came with? It no longer has orig motor or trans, just curious.

 

Can you show a picture of your trim tag? For an LOS car, The "M" code (if we're talking about the same one) should be referring to a TH400 automatic trans.

There's also some speculation that the "M" code where it shows powerglide trans on the breakdown, might only apply to NOR built cars, and for LOS cars it may mean a TH400. You can do some more research if what yours had is questionable, or if you even care.
