350 engine with a 6 cylinder transmission and rear

I have the saginaw 4 speed behind a non origional 350 and it's fine --i wish it would blow so i could justify a termac 6 speed???so far no problems--any one know where they sell the shift ball for reverse to the left and down?? I have hurst linkage and a t handle is all??

Saginaws are boat anchors. They don`t stand up to well behind strong V-8`s ,they break.I know from personal experiance. I would look for either a Muncie and or a Super T-10. Both are strong transmissions.
