Default Rear suspension bracket - good or bad?

Hi everyone,
I am looking at purchasing a 1967 camaro but had seen in a photo the front hanger spring bracket looks like it has been cut or torn?
Any ideas on what it may be, is it bad and what would be involved if it had to be replaced. Car will be imported into Australia so need to be mechanically fit.

Cheers
Brent

Where are you seeing where the bracket looks cut or torn, I don't see what you're referring to. Off topic, are you related to Colin Hay? I'm sure you probably get that a lot.
