Well, i would say the same thing. Even tho i have a 4th gen it should be fairly universal. Lower it, struts and shocks, sway bars, panhard bar, sturt bar, polyurethane bushing kit, and some good tires. That would get you to a point that you would be insanely happy with.

for a 69, lower the front with springs, as well as the leafs in the back. install some aftermarket sway bars, the bushings, some good shocks, like maybe Bilstein, subframe connectors, tires, a-arms could also be replaced, maybe some other things I cant think of, but that sort of stuff. comp engineering and detroit speed, as well as Jegs and summit have these kinds of parts. I would also install some slapper bars in the back to help your launch. Amost forgot, AFTERMARKET BRAKES!!!!!! gotta be able to stop, and Baer or wilwwod have good kits for these cars

All good suggestions. Does anyone offer a matched package, something so that I know it will all work correctly together?

after you know all your hard parts are good (ball joints, tie-rods, endlinks, etc), you are going to get your best bang for the buck by replacing stock bushings with urethane bushings. think of it as building a solid foundation for future mods.

your car will ride a little rougher but I think you will be happy in the long run and those bushings will give you so much less deflection than rubber
