Default headliner rear windlace 1967-8-9

How or what does the windlace or trim molding clip on to? Does it go over both the window metal bead and the headliner strip on the top, and sides or only on the metal strip?

Welcome, Miller, to the Club.
The headliner wraps around the bead/seam/joint on both top and sides, then the molding/windlace slips over the cloth and bead.
Start in the middle and form around the bead making the liner clip onto the 'teeth' of the bead, then shove on the molding.
Same with the sides and windshield.
When done, headliner should be tight enough to 'bounce a quarter' on it.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm still not clear on this. There is the three pieces that fasten to the roof with the teeth that headliner is wrapped onto, so the molding goes only on this?

The headliner is wrapped around the pinchweld, then molding slips over all.
I printed 'Headlining' from 67 Fisher Manual.

Thanks much, now I have to figure out how to get the sealant out of the way and squeeze the liner retainer to roof.

Sealant? Retainer? Picture?
I pulled off molding, remove/replaced liner, then pushed molding back on.
I didn't worry about no stinkin' glue ...
Let new liner set in sun for a couple hours lying flat before install.
