$12.00 repo or $80.00 NOS
I used the handles from" ground up" the fit snd finish were perfect. I needed keys I tool the locks to a chevy dealer he pluged in the original numbers on thr lock and cut me new correct keys. Fyi, rechroming the original handles will easily cost over 100+ ea.
Stupid question, inner or outer door handles?
I got a set of outer door handles from a place that cost $34.00. They were pretty nice and look good.
I can't really see a problem with after market inner door handles, except maybe keep an eye on the splines. I've seen window cranks have splines that were too shallow and would skip over the splines on the window mech.

Inside door handles.
I bought the $12 ones and they fit fine, but the chrome is not very as shinny as my pitted originals. So I guess that must be the difference in price.

Repo part quality can vary from supplier to supplier if they buy from different manufacturers. I try to find a supplier who has good overall parts and a good return policy and stick with them. Good luck.
Keep in mind too that "NOS" parts are a combination of end of production leftovers, and parts that didn't pass quality control on the assembly line. NOS can be a crap shoot on what kind of quality you get.
