I have a chance to buy some 15x8 Corvette Rally wheels. They currently have 275/15/60's on the back. The fronts have 215/70/15's on the front. The guy had these on his 67 Chevelle and said they would rub a little when he would make a turn. Would I have that problem ?

Maybe,my friend had some on his car,a 68 with drum brakes. I don't think they fit if you have disk brakes cause they move the wheel farther out

 

You will be ok on the rear, but the front will rub. I bought a set of corvette ralleys off a 73 and the front tires rubbed 235/60/15. Had to drop to a 7 deep wheel on the front.

 

I have 235/60/15 on 15x7 rims and mine rub when cornering.
