Unhappy Voltage Regulator

Does anyone know how to change from old external voltage regulator on 69 Camaro to newer internal voltage regulator in alternaters.I started 15 years ago evidently and never finished so i have no headlights or anything

Looks as though i am missing some wires.The guy i bought it from back in 2000 wired it to make it crank.I bought it and just now trying to get lights on it and charging.Cranks great with no wires on alternator....lol

Glad to help and yup I use Youtubes a lot. Hope you get it sorted out and hey when ya get a chance put up some pics of the car. I had a '69 for 14 years,sold it way too cheap in 1991. <sigh> Wish I could afford one now.
