I have a houndstooth black/white seat that has it's original cover. The cover is very good, but overall a dingy white look. I have recovered fronts that show the difference between white and not so white. I have tried typical upholstry cleaners with little effect. Tried a detergent in a strong form isan a spot you won't see when in the car, but it was removing the black dye. Might just go to a professional but thought someone here might have a suggestion.
