by the way, oil on the floor is leak from transmission due to not driven for a while, from what i was told.

 

Looks good and solid under there. Grunge and surface rust is no big deal, and I don't see any rust-through. Be sure to check the front floors for any rust through, especially the drivers side by the heel area. That part wasn't very visible in the pics.
