Starting at the gas pedal on engine side, the rod slips into the lever from the pass side, then a washer goes on, then the clip/cotter pin keeping it in place.

At the carb, two ways, a rubber bushing with a nylon bushing fits in the large hole. The rod enters from the drvr side, washer and clip/cotter pin. Or, drop down the next smaller hole and insert the rod.

Hold carb at WOT, pedal to the floor, and adjust the carb pivot to slip into the bushing. Attach return spring and ensure throttle does not hang up at WOT.
