I just bought a set of weld torque thrust wheels and it had a new set of 295-50-15. The tires rub in rear. the rims are 8" with a 5.5 offset. I was wondering what the largest tire size is that I can put on without rubbing.It is going on a 67 camaro

 

I see you're new to the forum so all I can tell you is that if you use the search option, this has been discussed many times

I just can't believe that they sold you those and didn't tell you they would rub. that's a no-brainer

I would like to say that was good advice but I added a 1" adapter and they work fine. Thanks for the comments.
