Funny, those are the same style wheels my car came with when I got it.
BTW, it was good meeting you at Skip's. Sometimes at the larger car shows like that, it get's tedious answering the same 3 questions a thousand times over from people... So it was nice to talk to someone about something different.

It was nice meeting you as well Derrick, your a class act and I hope you do well with your. I think I could actually feel your pain when you were talking about selling it. It is the nicest 69 camaro I have seen. Maybe after you sell it, you could start over again but not to the extreme that you did with this one. The market is still soft so there's a chance you could snag one for short money.

UPDATE : The car arrived tonight. It looked better than I expected. There is no rust/rot or bondo on it. The floor looks fantastic, the trunk also. The motor sounds very healthy. It's been raining for days here and the car came from the great lakes region where it is also raining. So...I've been cleaning it for the last 3 hours. I'll put some pictures up tommorrow. I hate these site unseen deals but this one seems like its going to work out just fine. I can't believe I have another 69 in my garage. Tonights a good night.

Good to hear it all worked out as well as these deals are supposed to. And in a way, I spose I owe you a thank you.
Since you pulled a 69 Camaro out of Illinois, according to the laws of "supply and demand", my 69 should now be worth more than it was!

Alright guys, so I have been cleaning the car for about 5 hours now. I changed the rims, and found the front end to be all chrome which is something I didn't expect. Looks real nice. The car runs fantastic, shifts on point, and sounds like a 69 camaro should. Here's some pics. Please keep in mind I still have more work to do.
