The nice thing about 69 columns is that other cars, like Nova, have the same column. So there are plenty of them out there.
I had a floor shift column but wanted a tilt column. First I priced them out. Craigslist, ebay, google search, etc. After a while, it became apparent that the best prices were on ebay. I just had to wait for a good deal to come along. (Some rebuilders on ebay are better than others. Read the feedback.) I trolled ebay until I found a reasonably priced one by a reputable dealer/rebuilder.
It was cheaper than a column from one of the Camaro suppliers (Ricks, Classic, etc) and far cheaper than an Ididit column.
Good luck.
