Default Steering Arms/Brake Plate Torque Specs

I have gone through all the factory manuals and can't find the assembly and torque specs for the front spindle, steering arms, brake plate and bolt-in stud for the the 68's on a drum brake assembly. Does anyone have info on this? Also looking for the upper control arm torque specs for the bushings.
