I just put together a 427 stroker for my RS/SS 67' Camaro and right when I'm all stoked and ready to start my starter spins with no solenoid action. It was working when I pulled the small block? The funny thing is I have 3 starters and 4 solenoids! I find it hard to believe that one couldn't at least make a temporary starter for now!
Anybody have a solution outside of ordering one???

Starter motor does not spin if solenoid is not energized.
Change starter assembly to match diameter of flexplate/flywheel for tooth engagement.
