I emailed Firewheel Classics and this is what hey said. Similar to Camaro 69
They have different headlamp housing mounting brackets. The only fenders that are not different between rs and standard are the 69 fenders. Thanks, Patti Stinson Firewheel Classics
BlackAce, the answer that person gave you is misleading, and I would think twice about asking them for tech advice again! I looked up their fender on their website, and what she should have said is the 69 fender that they sell will work on both. What they are selling is just an RS fender, otherwise it wouldn't work with the RS headlight door assembly. If you wanted to mount a standard grill, you would have to move, or remove the bracket as I described before. A true standard fender won't have that bracket on it. And, in case you don't already have the info, a real good source for most any kind of Camaro part (as well as other Chevy models),is Classic Industries www.classicindustries.com. They have both the standard and RS version fenders for 69, 68, and 67, as well as the bracket to convert a standard fender over to RS.
