Stalled - Fuel pump?

Thanks for the tip on the fuel filter, it'll go asap. And for those who haven't read the above posts closely, the problem was the fuel pump, and the car is back on the road again. Thanks again for the help.

I've got a generic fuel filter from NAPA that come in a variety of inlet and outlet sizes. They are plastic, have a huge filter in them, and are semi transparent so you can easily see if they are getting gas, or getting dirty too. Very reasonable at arond $6.
If the pump fails again soon be sure to check the cam out! Mechanical pumps run off a lobe on the cam and I had a '57 Chevy once that I replaced the fuel pump in about once a year. Couldn't figure out what was causing it until I decided to go to a bigger cam. When I pulled the old cam the lobe for the fuel pump had gone bad. Weirdest thing I ever saw.
