What size stall converter do I need .1967 Camaro Ls3 530hp/4l60e transmission?

Stall RPM should match, within 500 RPM, the peak torque RPM of engine dyno sheet or camshaft profile, generally.
Call a convertor manf and ask them and have your engine specs available for their review.
