I have a new hurst shifter in my 67,with a 4 speed man trans.Always has shifted great until this morning.I came to a stop sighn and it wouldnt go into first.So started in 2nd and then it wouldnt go into 3rd but went into 4th.Help please!

 

Welcome to the forums. I am not really a tranny guy, but the first thing I would do here is check to make sure there is enough fluid in the system. I have had similar issues and turned out that the fluid was way low. I am sure someone with more tranny experiance will come along soon and be able to answer this question.
