Shifter backup lights switch green wire location at engine or fusebox firewall
I have a 1967 Camaro RS and need to rewire the Backup lights since a new transmission installed and can't find the wires. Can someone verify the following wiring I plan to do. Thank you.
Install new green 20 gauge wire from the Backup lights to the shifter green wire. Then install the pink 18 gauge wire from the spare fuse box connection Cigar lighter fuse to the pink wire on the shifter. I also plan to install a in-line 20 amp fuse from the spare on the pink wire as a precaution.
Does this wiring look correct?
