Interestingly enough, I spent some time this morning looking at a '69 SS in the same colours as yours. :V

Looks good- can't wait to hear how you do.

Thanks. Haven't seen too many around here in that color. It is the original color. I did not know it when I bought it & was painting it yellow anyway. Just a bonus I guess. Can't hardly wait to see it leave the driveway after 21 months.

Runs & drives great! Rear end still a little tight. Put about 200 miles on her so far. Should finish a few last details by Friday. Maybe hit the Spring car show Saturday night! New pics on link.

Fighting what I believe to be a pinion angle problem causing 60 + mph vibration. Hope to get it figured out today & then tackle what to do about getting an accurate speedo reading with 370 gears & 700R4 trans. It's waaaay off.

Thanks!

Well it's not pinion angle, driveshaft or diff.. Anyone ever deal with this problem. You can feel a vibration that seems like it's comming from the tunnel somewhere. Notice it @ 35 + mph but worse 60-70 especially when you let off gas. Next I'm gonna take it to tranny shop & make sure it's locking up. I don't know how to tell.

Tranny good. Turned off engine while going 70 with no change in vibe. Guess I'm gonna try a new driveshaft. Really getting tired & broke from dealing with this.
