Rack and Pinion on 67-69 Camaro

Rack and Pinion on 67-69 Camaro
I am looking at converting my 67 Camaro to rack and pinion. Has anyone done such a convertion and if so any problems with oil pan clearance? Escpecially if you are using a large sump pan. If you have any experience with this, which supplier did you get it from?
