power steering

Start lifting weights instead, it'll be an easier changeover. Mine doesn't have power steering, and I don't miss it unless I have to parallel park (practically never). Driving down the road and navigating turns doesn't require any hard effort either. I prefer the cleaner engine compartment look, less engine drag, and no possible leaks to deal with. But if you need to make a sharp turn steering one-handed while shaving, talking on the cell phone, and sipping on your slurpee, that's different.

i do lift weights..that prolly why i am kindof a big boy....and i dont know what ratio is in the box thats in the car now...just need a little direction on the ratio to get when i order one...the available ones are 4,5,6 turn boxes(from a source here in town)

Turn your steering wheel from lock to lock, and count the number of turns.

the less number of turns, the tighter the ratio. most people want the least number of turns from their box. makes for a better road feel and quicker steering

10-4....maybe the 4 turn won't be too hard to steer...that way,my wife cant drive it!!
