Default Penske Cross Ram Intake on350 sbc

Having a hard time getting Penske Cross Ram intake on 350 sbc to run well. Ive just read that this is a problem with Cross Ram intakes. Has anyone come across this problem and how did you overcome this problem. I’m wondering if an MSD ignition would cure low end problems, or if FAST EFI would be a possible cure

They run great, bit you have to keep the motor between 3,500 and 6,500 RPM.
This is not a manifold for street use.

Racing intake made for high end running on a road course and designed for use with a high revving solid lifter cammed 302 Z28.
