Where can I find ram air

RE: Where can I find ram air
I never saw any short ram air instakes when I was looking to buy one for my car. Everything was a block. IF you wanted to spend a pretty penny though, I would recommend the K&N Air Intake System. Its freaking great.

Go to ebay and search for "chrome intakes". I've been running my ebay intake for months. A tube is a tube, no difference between a $200 tube and a $60 tube. You can get the intake with a K&N filter as well, which is recommended. The only way to have "ram air" is to get a hood and intake system setup for that. A cold air intake is still a very good way to go.

The only time it helps/works is when you are at high speeds. Only reason I would have it is for aesthetics.
You could get something like this... About $130 and serves the same purpose. Some companies call it a ram air, others don't. It doesn't have to come through the hood to be considered ram-air.
