Default Parts question

Just found this small (about 3/4"/20mm) conical washer laying inside the gas tank. NBo idea where it comes from, is it just there by accident or does it felt from smething inside the tank?

2nd picture is of the shock mounting plates. There are remnants of some kind of rubber gaskets around the collar. Can we found it as replacement, make them from an O Ring or just no use anything there as I don't really see what they are made for...

Yes but the plates as sold do not show any rubber gasket or at least it's not visiuble on their pictures.
Plus my original parts are in good condition and I just powder coated them...

The rubber bushings should come with the shocks.
Not sure if you can buy just the bushings.

Not the shock bushings, see below, this missing gasket was where the screwdriver tip points.

Well I would contact https://www.camarocentral.com/ then and see what they say.
