Default old school 68 update with pics

well i have gotten alot done since last fall!!
new 355,m20,cleaned and repainted engine bay,frame etc..
i have full length exhaust with headers but i want it loud and oldschool so i picked up a set of chrome hooker headers and sidepipes but i want them ceramic coated black or sterling silver before i install them!!!

Love the car and the stance! I personally would either leave them chrome, or go satin black on the ceramic coating. I used to have black sidepipes on my Camaro and they look really sinister and no nonsense.

Lookin good! I used to have the same chrome header sidepipes on a previous 69. I can't tell you how many times my leg or a passengers leg got scorched while getting out. Just takes one distraction to forget and let the leg slide, but it helps you remember for the nest time (that's the theory anyway).

i like the looks of the chrome but its the heat factor!! they are gonna increase my engine bay temp and melt my leg if im not careful!!
i have the ceramic silver ones on my 68 vette and have bumped my leg into them a few times after rides and not melted skin!!!
