plug the fill tube hole and put the correct valve covers, one with a breather cap, and one for pcv.

1967-1968 oil fill tube had a non-vented twist on oil cap (like the cap on somevalve covers) and the tube has a threaded hole for a PCV valve. The earlier model 327's had a push on breather, which isNOT correct for Camaro's.
