Hi, I'm new to the forum. Hope I am posting in the right place!
I've been looking for the past 6 months or so for the right Camaro around 67-69, I have no experience restoring cars whatsoever. My dad restored a 68 when I was little and after he sold it a few years ago I've been dying to get my hands on my own. I've done some research but I need some input on a car I found. I think this one might be a good fit because they claim the exterior is pretty much ready for painting and I'm hoping that will save money in the long run. The price seems pretty fair, at least compared to other Camaros I've looked at, however my knowledge is limited, is this a good price for what I'd be getting?
1968 Chevy Camaro project, solid car, original v8 4 speed, clean title
I have a couple friends who are currently restoring cars, and relatives who have knowledge too who are going to help me out. I'm not looking for the car to be show quality or anything, just wanting a car I can learn on and have something nice to drive in the end.
I'd appreciate any advice you guys can give me, thanks!
Edit: Oh and the seller says its a 327 v8 4 speed manual muncie transmission. I looked it up and found pretty limited information for it, does anyone know about that?

Welcome, Moodyale,
My advice is other than get a '68, don't get in over your head - it can take the wind out of your sails.
