Default New to the Board

My name is Jarvis from FL. I purchased a 1969 Camaro OriginallyanX11 base car from some Body shop.. I have decided to take out the 327 to rebuild it and I'm looking for a chevy small block manual so I can disassemble the motor and take it to a machine shop.. Any recommendations as to what brand of manual I should buy ? Chilton's or Haynes.. I will post some pics of the car when I get them ready.. I am planning a Frame off restoration of the vehicle and I may also need some recommendations for shopsin the Miami/FT lauderdale Area.

Thanks in advance

Jehic

Welcome. I dont know of any near there, I am in DC, never been to FL. Chiltons is much better than haynes. Also there are some publications that are good for the engine rebuild, you can google "how to rebuild small block chevy's" or go to barnes and noble or other large book stores and they have them there.
